To ensure that the request for access is made by you personally, we ask that you send a copy of your ID with the request.

Note: in this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy. Gebaplast will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at the latest within 30 days.
